Zudem bliebe die Kapazitätsauslastung in der Industrie niedrig und bremse weiterhin privaten Investitionen aus. Seit Jahren nun tritt die Deutsche Wirtschaft auf der Stelle. Die Politik hat bislang noch keinen nennenswerte Konjunkturimpulse auf den Weg gebracht. In einer Sache sind sich fast alle Einig: Es braucht wieder Wachstum.
