Bringing love to life: A cacao & drum ritual to nurture your 2026 intentions
Bringing love to life: A cacao & drum ritual to nurture your 2026 intentions
**A cacao & drum ritual to nurture your 2026 intentions** ✨ About the Ritual Early February carries a quiet but potent energy. Winter is not yet over — and yet, beneath the surface, life is already moving. This ritual is an invitation to **slow down, soften, and consciously nourish the seeds of what you wish to bring to life in 2026**. Cacao, as a sacred plant medicine, supports the opening of the heart — not by force, but by gently expanding our capacity for **self-love, compassion, and inner listening**. As a plant, cacao also reconnects us to the Earth, reminding us that growth happens through care, patience, and presence. Supported by breath, sound, movement, and community, this ritual offers a grounded space to: * reconnect with what truly matters to you * clarify intentions for the year ahead * embody love not as an idea, but as a lived experience *** 🌿 What to Expect \| Ritual Flow The experience unfolds in a carefully held and progressive way: * **Welcoming & arrival** Grounding into the space and the group * **Breathing and somatic practices** To calm the nervous system and prepare the body * **Guided cacao ritual** Drinking high-quality, ritual-grade cacao, prepared with intention Accompanied by a gentle guided meditation * **Drum meditation** A deep, rhythmic journey to support inner clarity and emotional release * **Conscious dance** Allowing insights and emotions to move through the body * **Closing circle** Integration, sharing (optional), and grounding before returning to daily life No previous experience with cacao ceremonies, meditation, or dance is required. *** 🤎 About the Cacao The cacao used in this ceremony is: * **100% pure, ritual-grade cacao** * ethically sourced * prepared slowly and mindfully, with intention for the process and the group Cacao is **not** a psychedelic substance. Its effects are subtle, heart-opening, and grounding. *** ⚠️ Important Health Information (Please Read) Cacao is generally safe for most people, but **it is important that you inform the host *before registering*** if you have any of the following: * serious heart conditions * uncontrolled high blood pressure * are taking antidepressants (especially MAO inhibitors) * are pregnant or breastfeeding If you are unsure, you are warmly invited to contact the host to check whether this experience is suitable for you. This helps ensure the ritual remains safe, respectful, and supportive for everyone. 📩 *Contact:* +32 477 96 78 99 *** 🍵 Practical Information * **Please avoid heavy meals** for at least 2–3 hours before the ritual * **Drink water** during the day and bring a water bottle * Wear **comfortable clothes** that allow movement * Bring anything that helps you feel grounded (warm layers, shawl, notebook) *** 🎟️ Tickets & Contribution **Places are limited.** Reserve your spot soon! **Standard ticket:** On 07/02/2026: 48 EUR Advance ticket (03/02 till 06/02): 44 EUR Early bird (till 02/02) and joining the [whatsapp group](https://chat.whatsapp.com/D2jAzaL7MI31z7btdFfDiv): 38 EUR **CHB members:** Please check Lu.ma event page **Contribution via bank transfer:** Please transfer your contribution to the bank account below. Your spot is confirmed once the transfer is completed. IBAN BE55 3631 9673 5844 Mara Mendes Message: Cacao + your name ✨ *Your contribution supports not only this ritual, but the continuity of conscious community events.* *** 🌕 Who This Ritual Is For This ritual may resonate especially if you: * are in a moment of transition or re-orientation * feel the need to reconnect with yourself after a demanding period * want to set intentions in a **felt, embodied way**, not just mentally * are curious about cacao, sound, and movement as tools for inner work *** 💛 Final Note This is not a performance. Not therapy. Not self-improvement. It is a **pause** — to listen, to feel, and to let love take a more lived form in your life. **About Your Host:** This experience is guided by Mara [Regina D’Gaia](https://linktr.ee/reginadgaia), an alchemist, healer, and holistic therapist. Sometimes, it took them more than one attempt before being able to join.* *Occasionally, people reach out to me before the event, and I have always been grateful for that as it offers the opportunity to communicate with each other and to find the best and most gentle way for that person to join the group.* *I would like to encourage everyone who struggles with this to contact me before. It would really be too bad if you can't join us, as it mostly gets better the second or third time you come.* *In addition to that, if you arrive and notice any signs of nervousness or fear, you can always let me know right then.* **THANK YOU AND SEE YOU ALL ON Saturday!**
Deep Conversation&Drinks Meetup [at Peperfabriek] -- Topic Chosen in Session
Deep Conversation&Drinks Meetup [at Peperfabriek] -- Topic Chosen in Session
Welcome to our weekly event at Peperfabriek! Breughelstraat 33, 2018 Antwerpen. Our meeting will be outside in the entrance floor if it's sunny. I'm usually at that entrance lobby until 4 05. After introductions we will collect questions from the group participants, choose one by voting then discuss it for an hour. Then most of us stay for drinks and bizarre conversations. Past questions have been wide and not confined to academic philosophy: What is a genuine friend? Is social media turning us into emotional zombies? Do we lose some of the experience of things by defining them? Are we driven by sex? Is loneliness a personal failure? Is morality relative?

Hatha yoga flow & restore: Your Weekly Reset to Reclaim Balance
**Hatha Flow & Restore: Your Weekly Reset to Reclaim Balance** (please register in advance at [https://ewalitke.com/yoga/#agenda](https://ewalitke.com/yoga/#agenda)) Do you ever feel like your head is racing 24/7, and the constant "*run*" of daily life is making you lose perspective? Many of us spend our days in a "*business spin*," caught in a whirlwind of meetings and deadlines where we literally forget to breathe. If you are looking for more than just a workout, but a place to stop the autopilot and reconnect with yourself - this class is for you. **What makes this class different?** This isn't a mass-market gym session where you're just another face in the crowd. It is a tailor-made experience in a safe, intimate group where your individual needs are truly seen and answered. I don't believe in "*performing*" or pushing to 100%. Instead, we focus on intention, listening to our bodies, and finding that sweet spot where physical challenge meets deep relaxation. **The Experience:** * **The "*Switch*":** We begin by centering ourselves, shifting the "*gear*" from work mode to being present. * **Active Flow:** A structured, balanced practice to strengthen your body and address those "office life" aches in the back, neck, and wrists. * **The Restorative Finish:** A student favorite. We end with a long, soothing Savasana, a "*balm of relief*" for your nervous system that helps you drop the stress and leave feeling 100% better. Come as you are, whether you're tired, stressed, or just need a moment for yourself. Let’s step off the treadmill together and start the weekend on the right foot. **Suitable for all levels. Beginners are warmly welcome!** Book through my website: [https://ewalitke.com/yoga/#agenda](https://ewalitke.com/yoga/#agenda) **Prices:** Drop in 20 EUR 4-class pass: 68 EUR

Thank you! After introductions we will collect questions from the group participants, choose one by voting then discuss it for an hour. Then most of us stay for drinks and bizarre conversations. Family Constellations Circle in Brussels - February (half day format)
Family Constellations Circle in Brussels - February (half day format)
This is an open Circle for anyone and open to constellate on any subject. It's a good way to get started if you've been wanting to see what Constellations is all about. We will start with some bodywork exercises and then there will be time for three Constellations on any topic. A Constellation is a means for accessing the timeless map you hold within, linking the past to the present and the present to the future. It's a tool to find the origin of the problems we face today such as repeated patterns, blockages, relationship difficulties or health concerns, to name a few, and has the power to reveal hidden dynamics not visible to the normal eye. Then a healing exchange takes place and steps are taken to free you from the past and put you on a road to freedom, understanding and authenticity for your future. There are two ways to participate, either as a participant or Space Holder in the Circle or to bring a topic to constellate as an Issue Holder, which is limited to three places. Although one person will bring a subject to constellate, everyone participates. A Constellation is a Healing Circle for all who attend. Price for Space Holders: 45 Euros (12 spots) Price for Issue Holders: 145 Euros (3 spots) Date: Sunday, February 8th Time: 3:00 to 7:00 pm Location: Shanti Home: Rue Darwin 8, Brussels 1190 (Forest) \*There are three spots available for Constellations. From Stability to Stewardship

A Biblical & Practical Path to Financial Freedom
From Stability to Stewardship A Biblical & Practical Path to Financial Freedom
This is not just a money class. This is a restoration space. The I AM Worthy of Ownership™ Path is a 12-step, sister-centered journey for women who are ready to build financial stability without shame, fear, or pressure—and to do it in a way that honors both wisdom and the spirit. Many women don’t struggle with money because they lack discipline or intelligence. They struggle because of unhealed experiences, survival patterns, and the quiet belief that they are “behind” or “disqualified.” This series gently challenges those beliefs while offering practical tools for peace, clarity, and long-term planning. Together, we will talk honestly about: Releasing shame and money anxiety Building stability as a form of self-respect and spiritual discipline Understanding money as a tool, not a source of worth Managing debt with clarity instead of condemnation Preparing for life’s unexpected moments without fear Laying a calm foundation for future ownership and legacy Each session blends practical financial education with reflection, conversation, and encouragement. There is no pressure to share personal numbers or experiences. You are welcome to speak, journal quietly, or simply listen. This is not about hustle. This is not about perfection. This is about alignment, wisdom, and peace. Who this series is for: Women who are starting over or rebuilding Women who want stability without stress Women preparing for future ownership or housing decisions Women who want their financial lives to reflect wholeness, not fear No prior financial knowledge is required. Come as you are. Bring a notebook. Leave a little lighter than you arrived. Light refreshments will be served along with 30 minutes of networking.

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data** Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics. The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth. The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical. (note: we are back at Rev1 this month!) **About Our Speaker** [Alex Moore](https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexscottmoore/) is the founder of [Moore Cooperative](https://moorecooperative.com/), where he advises organizations on compensation strategy, pay equity, and people analytics. His work focuses on helping organizations like the Ohio Supreme Court design, analyze, and communicate compensation systems that are data-informed, defensible, and aligned with organizational goals. Alex lives in Granville, Ohio and has three little kiddos. More info at [cbusdaw.com](https://cbusdaw.com)

Turning Rentals Into Income: How Investors Pay Off Properties Faster
Turning Rentals Into Income: How Investors Pay Off Properties Faster
#### Turning Rentals Into Income: How Investors Pay Off Properties Faster #### **Featuring Guest Speaker: John Blackburn** **👉 Get your FREE TICKET [HERE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/turning-rentals-into-income-how-investors-pay-off-properties-faster-tickets-1980492192461?aff=cicmeetupapp)** #### A lot of people get into real estate because they want freedom. Then they buy a rental…and realize most of the rent goes straight to the bank. They technically own property, but the mortgage controls the income. And waiting 30 years for properties to be paid off doesn’t feel realistic. This meetup is about understanding a different way to think about rental properties… one that focuses on paying them off sooner so the income is actually usable. **Featured Guest Speaker: John Blackburn** We’re excited to welcome John Blackburn as our guest speaker for this event. John has been actively investing in real estate since 2006 and has: * Been involved in **5,000+ real estate transactions** * Helped investors **acquire over $150 million in rental property** * **Raised more than $100 million** in private capital John didn’t start with family money or shortcuts. He built his portfolio by focusing on clear systems, real numbers, and long-term strategy. For this meetup, John will walk through how investors shift their focus from simply owning rentals to building properties that eventually pay them…without a mortgage attached. **What You’ll Learn** John will break down, in simple terms: * Why most rental properties don’t produce much usable income early on * Why buying more rentals isn’t always the answer * How investors structure their properties to pay off mortgages in a fraction of the time * How properties can work together to eliminate debt faster * What changes once rentals become free and clear This approach is often referred to as an accelerated paydown strategy — using rental income intentionally to reduce debt sooner, rather than waiting decades for mortgages to run their course. John will also share a simple calculator you can use to see how this works with real numbers and realistic scenarios. **The Core Idea** When a rental has a mortgage, the rent has one job: **pay the bank.** When a rental is paid off, the rent has a different job: **pay you.** Most people only see one timeline…30 years. This session shows how investors shorten that timeline and gradually increase their income as properties become free and clear. **Who This Event Is For** This event is for people who want more than just “owning rentals” on paper. * Rental owners who are tired of most of the rent going to the bank and want a clearer path to real, usable income * New investors who want to understand how rental properties actually build wealth over time before jumping in * People with capital who want to invest in real estate with intention and a long-term plan * Anyone serious about freedom and curious how rental properties transition from debt-heavy assets into income-producing ones **Event Details** **Location:** Ohio Brewing Company - 421 E 2nd Ave, Columbus, OH 43201 **Date & Time:** January 25th, 6–8 PM (Doors open at 5:30) **Cost:** Free (Seats are limited - RSVP required) **👉 Get your FREE TICKET [HERE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/turning-rentals-into-income-how-investors-pay-off-properties-faster-tickets-1980492192461?aff=cicmeetupapp)** If you’ve ever wondered how rental properties actually turn into freedom —this is the room to be in.
