This season our Klangbad is going to be performed in English to include some of our many Expats in our community. The instruments are doing most of the work, but the prayer and the meditation is going to be in English. Everybody is welcome of course. Come join us for a run/jog/walk in Sydhavn Note this trail will start earlier so our visitors can make it back to their ferry. We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10km trail for runners with shortcuts down to approximately 5 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like.
