​The **BuildHers+ Mentorship Initiative Graduation** marks the culmination of the first-ever mentorship program of AWS User Group BuildHers+ Philippines — a milestone celebration honoring the growth, achievements, and resilience of our mentors and mentees. ​This event brings together the entire BuildHers+ community to recognize the meaningful connections formed, the skills developed, and the breakthroughs made throughout the mentorship journey. Over the past months, mentors generously shared their expertise while mentees embraced opportunities for learning, confidence-building, and career advancement. ​The graduation program will feature the awarding of certificates, reflections from mentors and mentees, special messages from community leaders, and a final gathering to celebrate the success of completing this transformative journey. ​As we conclude the inaugural run of the BuildHers+ Mentorship Initiative, we honor not only the accomplishments of every participant but also the collective commitment to uplifting women and LGBTQIA+ individuals in the tech industry. ​Together, we celebrate how far we’ve come — and the brighter, more inclusive future we are building. 🎓👩🏻‍💻

**TRY AN OLYMPIC SPORT IN A FUN, BEGINNER-FOCUSED CLINIC!** Enjoy 15 minutes of off-ice basics, 50 minutes learning to sweep and deliver stones, then play a couple of ends with your group. This is CSC’s largest activity with over 200 participants. Each team typically consists of 6 men and 6 women players. Our group, KIND MEALS, will be picking up the tab for pizzas, at MIKEY'S LATE NIGHT SLICE, on Sunday, February 8th from 12-2pm. We will be trying out MIKEY'S Vegan Fake-ass BBQ Chick'n pizza and Vegan Fake-ass Pepperoni pizza, as well as some other special vegan pizzas that are served there. All the vegan pizzas are covered with Selfish Cow vegan cheese. The pizza is free, drinks on your own. Join us to learn more about **[KIND MEALS](https://kindmealscolumbus.org)** (a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Cols. Ohio, providing hunger relief services to those in need). All of the food we serve is fresh and vegan! Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time.
