To be eligible, your project must use at least one Google Cloud product or API in a meaningful, functional way. The integration must be working and demonstrable during your presentation. Google technologies that count toward eligibility include Gemini API, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Maps API, Places API, Cloud Vision API, Cloud Translation API, and more. If you're using a Google product not on this list, it likely still counts — when in doubt, ask. This first event is designed to be clear, practical, and approachable no hype, no pressure, and no prior technical background required. ### Why we meet (two-session structure) This meetup is structured as **two lessons**: **Lesson 1 — The “Why” (mindset + framework)** * What Project Equilibrium is (and what it is not) * Why we focus on process, rules, and execution discipline * What “24/7 execution” means in practice * Q&A and open discussion **Lesson 2 — The “How” (step-by-step setup)** * A simple walkthrough of the basic tools you need * Step-by-step guidance to install and prepare the required exchange apps/accounts * A clear checklist to be ready for future sessions (You won’t be left alone—everything is explained calmly and in order.) ### What to bring To make the second lesson smooth, please bring: * **A smartphone** (for authentication and exchange app setup) * **A laptop** (for the setup steps and configuration) If you only have one device, you can still join Lesson 1. We’re heading back to Scene75 on Friday, March 27 for a high-energy night of laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, arcade games, and whatever chaos we decide to get into. We’ve done this one before and it was a blast — great turnout, tons of laughs, and just the right mix of competition and hanging out. We’re bringing back Adult Field Day. Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so we’re doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows. You don’t need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldn’t normally talk to. The goal isn’t really winning. It’s meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up. If you stick around after, we’ll have a potluck, a bonfire, and a couple comedians in the evening.
