We are happy to extend our invitation to one and all to join the Luxembourg Shivyog Forum events every Sunday from 9.00 am to 11.15 am. Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation. This helps the Forum members to progress in their spiritual journey, in establishing deeper connection with one’s inner being, in ability to forgive and love others, in improved emotional and physical health, mental peace, healthy relationship leading to the awakening and purification of the body mind and soul. Hello All, We've been there a couple of times already, but this time it will be most beautiful, various white, yellow, and blue flowers are blooming in wide parts of the forest. We will meet and start at the "Centre Culturel" in Bergem, which is also the starting point of the "Bergem Autopedestre". https://maps.app.goo.gl/qJkGPk3pkFdvkxv76 There is a parking lot, if you want to come by car, but you can also get there easily by public transport. The terrain is quite flat, just 250m up/down for 15 km, easy also for beginners. Hiking shoes are recommended nevertheless, some parts are known to be a bit slippery or even muddy. After around 10km, we will find a place for the lunch break, about 15-30 minutes, depending on the weather. Current forecast shows some drops of rain before the break, but we will see. **Public Transport:** Bus 611 will leave at 10:40 in front of Luxembourg "Gare Centrale" and will arrive at 11:06 in Bergem, bus stop "Bergem, Centre". We will start the hike right after the bus has arrived. **Carpool:** https://groupcarpool.com/t/to4p7r Please clearly state the place and time of departure, and as a passenger, kindly bring a pair of clean shoes for the return trip. We’re bringing back Adult Field Day. Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so we’re doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows. You don’t need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldn’t normally talk to. The goal isn’t really winning. It’s meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up. If you stick around after, we’ll have a potluck, a bonfire, and a couple comedians in the evening.
