Dear All, Let's celebrate Europe on the European Day! Experience Europe has a special event with guided tours etc. AND Food Trucks! So same procedure as last year ! We will be early hoping it will be less busy in the morning and learn more about Europe. Afterwards, we will sample check the quality of the food trucks. For those who have yet to visit the Experience Europe: It is quite well made. There are some "rabbit holes" where you start reading and loose sense of time. My first visit lasted 2h and ended with my stomach reminding me of lunchtime. Welcome to the yearly Mullerthal megaloop trails. Everybody can do as much as they want from them, the estimated time of completion for all individual loops are ~10 hours. The start time and location for Mullerthal 1/2 are adjusted to be exactly the same. Those who miss them can still join route 3 which intersects with route 2 at the famous waterfall (Schiessentümpel), those who miss them all see you in 2027 as these hikes will not be repeated this year. The weather looks perfect for the weekend 22C clear sky ☀️ so the hike is ongoing. Please bring at least 2L water and come in long pants even if inconvenient, against ticks. **Nurses**: Finally, it's Nurses' Appreciation Week and in honor of all of our fine members in the Nursing/Medical professions it is Nurses' Night at the Hilliard Wine Club. Everyone loves Nurses so please come if you are one and join us in celebrating them if you're not one. (Please keep your medical questions to a minimum. You may not get the best health advice after a couple glasses of wine.) **On Freestyle night** \- just bring a bottle to share\. There is NO formal wine tasting like on other weeks\. Door charge is $10 \(cash or Venmo only please\)\. We may have some left over wines to clear out\! Glasses are provided\. Take Care\.
