Dear All, Let's celebrate Europe on the European Day! Experience Europe has a special event with guided tours etc. AND Food Trucks! So same procedure as last year ! We will be early hoping it will be less busy in the morning and learn more about Europe. Afterwards, we will sample check the quality of the food trucks. For those who have yet to visit the Experience Europe: It is quite well made. There are some "rabbit holes" where you start reading and loose sense of time. My first visit lasted 2h and ended with my stomach reminding me of lunchtime. We’re bringing back Adult Field Day. Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so we’re doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows. You don’t need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldn’t normally talk to. The goal isn’t really winning. It’s meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up. If you stick around after, we’ll have a potluck cookout.
