Dark clothing is advisable if you are going anywhere afterwards and make sure to wipe any glue off with water then machine wash :) **I HAVE A YOUNG CHILD OR TEENAGER CAN I BRING THEM?** Unfortunately not, we do not host events for children this space is for 18+ we want to create a place where adults can behave like children and get creative. **CAN WE LEAVE OUR PIECES THERE?** We don't have capacity to keep the pots as our studio is open 7 days a week we give everyone a bag to put their masterpieces in. **THE EVENT SAYS SOLDOUT, CAN MY FRIEND COME?** Unfortunately not, if an event is soldout it means there are no seats left. **I'M GOING TO BE LATE, CAN I STILL COME?** Yes, we don't usually start exactly on time. Our free-of-charge meet-up in the Black Sheep Pub on Capel Street. This is a casual meet up for people who want to play boardgames. Lots of people bring plenty of games and rules will always be explained so don't worry if you're new to the hobby and you don't have anything to bring along or think you won't know how to play. The meet-up runs for the whole day but late comers always welcome, you just may have to wait a little for a game to open up but games will be starting and ending throughout the day. **IMPORTANT!** **The meet up is free of charge but we do ask that people support the bar by buying food and/or drink. **People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data** Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics. The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth. The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps.
