Questo mese lo speaker sarà **Girolamo Giannatempo**, con il talk **Accessibilità ed estetica: davvero sono incompatibili?** Nel mondo del design, l’accessibilità viene ancora troppo spesso vissuta come un insieme di regole da rispettare a malincuore, qualcosa che “rovina” l’estetica o limita la libertà progettuale. Spoiler: non è così. In questo talk parleremo di come progettare interfacce accessibili senza rinunciare alla qualità visiva, mostrando perché accessibilità ed estetica non solo possono convivere, ma possono rafforzarsi a vicenda. In diesem Vortrag werfen wir einen Blick auf eine neue Modellgeneration: Liquid Foundation Models (LFMs). Doch was wäre, wenn wir diesen Prozess umkehren würden? Wenn Architektur lediglich aus den Qualitätseigenschaften eines Systems hervorgeht und sich evolutionär weiterentwickelt? In diesem Vortrag wird Domain-Driven Architecture vorgestellt, ein neues, leichtgewichtiges Vorgehensmodell. Es ist von Domain-Driven Design inspiriert und dessen Prinzipien werden gezielt auf architektonische Entscheidungsprozesse übertragen. Dabei steht nicht nur die Modellierung im Vordergrund, sondern die bewusste Gestaltung einer langlebigen Architektur mit kurzlebigen Implementierungen, die sich anhand konkreter Schwellenwerte weiterentwickeln. Anhand realer Projektbeispiele lernen wir, wie das in der Praxis funktioniert. So entsteht eine Architektur, die gezielte und kontrollierte Veränderungen ermöglicht, ohne durch technologische Festlegungen frühzeitig eingeschränkt zu werden. **Google Analytics Alternatives** Is it finally time to make the switch away from Google Analytics? Two-and-a-half years ago Jason Packer asked this question at Columbus Web Analytics Wednesday. Since then: Google’s Universal Analytics has been sunset, we’ve changed our name to Columbus Data & Analytics Wednesday, and Jason has released two editions of his book “Google Analytics Alternatives”. Fresh off the release of the 2nd edition of his book, we thought it was time to re-open this conversation. While people love to complain about it, GA’s market share has remained relatively constant (at least in the United States). Why is that? You won’t find any complaints about GA4 in this talk, but rather an overview of what’s currently available in the market and how to frame your decision-making process. We’re heading back to Scene75 on Friday, March 27 for a high-energy night of laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, arcade games, and whatever chaos we decide to get into. We’ve done this one before and it was a blast — great turnout, tons of laughs, and just the right mix of competition and hanging out. Most people will probably be good with $15–$30, but it’s totally up to you. This is a super casual event — show up, jump into whatever looks fun, rotate groups, and hang out.
