Through consistent recitation, stillness practice, and weekly reflection, we anchor our mind in the present moment, absorb the essence of Eastern philosophy, and turn ancient teachings into tangible real-life changes. We explore both Confucian wisdom and Daoist philosophy, practice mindful presence, and build inner stability through short, daily half-hour sessions. No prior knowledge is required. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do.
