We’ve started a new program called “Album Club”! The program is like a book club, but for music albums. The show is open to everyone, music experts, casual music lovers, or people who would like to discover new artists. Participants should listen to the album and participate in the 1.5 -2 hour live session discussing the album. I will ease us into a guided meditation progressively working from the base of our spine, our root chakra to your crown.
