Fearless Living
Fearless Living
**Fear is a Gift Waiting to be Unwrapped** Many of us find ourselves stuck in situations that drain our happiness, yet we can’t seem to gather the momentum to break free. It could be an unhealthy relationship, a job that leaves you unfulfilled, social anxiety, or the relentless grip of worry. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—millions, if not billions, of people face the same struggles. But here’s the interesting part—fear loses its grip the moment you confront it. The more closely you examine it, the weaker it becomes. Fear thrives in the shadows, and once exposed to light, it begins to dissolve. I invite you to join me for a few hours of practical learning where we’ll explore techniques to help you take charge of your fears. Together, we’ll fast-track your progress by sharing tools and insights that I’ve gathered through personal experience—lessons learned the hard way. **Fearless Living** was created as a space for us to tackle our fears head-on. Through regular workshops, we teach participants how to recognize, manage, and reduce the impact of fear so it no longer stands in the way of living fully. Let me be clear—I’m not a therapist, psychologist, or any kind of professional “-ist.” I’m simply someone who has wrestled with fear and come out the other side with insights to share. This event isn’t designed for those dealing with severe trauma or crisis, but for those ready to take that first step toward breaking free from the everyday fears that hold us back. If you’re ready to loosen fear’s hold on your life, I’d love for you to join us. **Feedback from previous workshop attendees:** [https://www.meetup.com/living-without-fear/feedback-overview/](https://www.meetup.com/living-without-fear/feedback-overview/) **Jafar** \- "Rocco embodies a wealth of practical experiences in truly living life\. In this event\, he explores one of the most fundamental human emotions: fear\, and inspires us on how to live fearlessly\. It started like any other creative meeting\- whiteboard markers in hand\. The goal? The ideas felt safe\. We started asking real questions\. The brainstorm turned into a kind of therapy\. Vulnerability became the source of our most powerful ideas\. What made that brainstorm unforgettable wasn‘t the outcome\- it was the shift\. Sometimes\, solving the problem means confronting what we never thought to name\." **Mark** \- "I really connected to Rocco and he helped in giving me tools to face my fears\. A great workshop\." **Kenny** \- "The workshop truly empowered me to analyze my fear of public speaking and provided strategies for overcoming it\." **Nico** \- "Thanks for doing this\. Also\, you are clearly very passionate and competent about fear and ways to deal with it\. I'm looking forward to applying your techniques\!" **Kai** \- "Rocco knows his stuff\. He is able to create an atmosphere where it feels natural to talk about such an intimate topic as your personal fear\. I learned a lot\, about fear and about myself\!" **J.K.** \- "The topics we discussed resonated with me and I felt totally safe and relaxed to hear what bothered me\. Helpful and gives that kick to start acting for the better"\. **J. Zhu** \- "Everything you said in the workshop resonated with me\."\. **Alex** \- "You don't know what you walk into but it doesn't disappoint\. STORYTELLING WORKSHOP: TRANSFORM WITH STORY
STORYTELLING WORKSHOP: TRANSFORM WITH STORY
### \*\*\*\* visit ZST workshop [webpage](https://zurichstorytellers.ch/transform-with-story-workshop-mar-14) for total immersion ### STOP OVERTHINKING. START TELLING Have you ever sat in the audience at a StorySLAM and thought, “I have a story like that, but I have no idea how to tell it”? Or maybe you have the idea, but you just don’t know how to make a 20-minute anecdote fit into an emotionally moving, 5-minute StorySLAM winner. Storytelling is a skill, not a secret gift. Whether you’re an aspiring newcomer looking to debut at our next StorySLAM, a professional wanting to have more impact in meetings, or a creator explaining your mission—this 3-hour intensive is the roadmap you've been waiting for. ### THE ROADMAP: THE 1-2-3 OF A GREAT STORY We strip away the jargon and focus on the purpose of you telling your story that actually touches people’s emotions: 1. **CONTEXT** (The Foundation): Setting the scene so we know where we are and who you were before everything changed. 2. **STAKES** (The Why): Why does this matter? What was at risk? Stakes are the tension you wind up that makes an audience lean into your story. 3. **CHANGE** (The Transformation): A story isn’t just a thing that happened; it’s how that thing changed you. We help you find your "Aha!" moment. ### **WHAT YOUR INVESTMENT DELIVERS:** * **20% Insight** / 80% Practice: We don’t just talk; we help you build, iterate and empower you to tell your story. * **Memory Mining**: We’ll help you dig for the "silver and gold" experiences, people and places - and shape them into a moving personal story. * **1-on-1 Coaching:** Direct feedback from Maria and Joel to polish your rough edges - plus reactions of fellow attendees. * **The Video:** Receive a high-quality video of your performance—perfect for self-review or your personal highlight reel. **Small Group Alert**: We limit this workshop to 10 spots to ensure everyone gets the "Olympic Coach" treatment. Don’t let your best stories stay locked away. Come for the camaraderie (and coffee), stay for the transformation. Secure your seat (and your croissant) now! **Story Workshop Programme** **10:00 - 11:00 Part 1 - 20% INSIGHT** * Foundations of storytelling * A process for story design * Mining memories for silver and gold **11:00 - 12:00 Part 2 - 80% PRACTICE** * First build - drafts with peer participant reviews * 1:1 coaching with Maria and Joel * Final drafts - practice round with fellow participants **12:00 - 12:10 Short drink break** **12:10 - 13:00 Part 3 - StorySLAM mini-Show** * Draw names from the story-sorting hat * Deliver 5-min StorySLAM on stage * Celebrate! our accomplishments! **13:00 Wrap up and goodbyes** **Secure your spot ON [EVENTFROG](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/courses-seminars/other-courses-seminars/storytelling-workshop-transform-with-story-7430362970046118645.html) \- limited availability** PS Check out what workshop attendees have to say about their expereince in this **[1:45 min YT video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULcZ49FIDxs&t=2s))**

Guided by an instructor, **families are introduced to basic painting techniques through a series of simple, expressive movements. Each movement is linked to an emotion, and each emotion is connected to a color from the color wheel.** Participants are invited to notice how different emotions feel in the body and how these sensations can be translated into color, rhythm, and gesture. Through guided movement, families physically express emotions before bringing them onto the canvas. They explore questions such as: Does this emotion feel soft or strong? Flowing or sharp? Light or heavy? These embodied experiences then inform how paint is applied, using different techniques, textures, and brushstrokes. Rather than focusing on representation, the workshop emphasizes expression, connection, and curiosity. **Children and adults paint side by side, discovering how colors, shapes, and movements can communicate feelings in different ways.** This shared creative process encourages emotional awareness, empathy, and open communication within the family. **At the end of the workshop, everyone will come together in the chill area to enjoy some snacks.** The organizers will provide fruit platters along with a selection of hot and cold soft drinks. We kindly ask parents to bring along their children's favorite snacks to share with everyone. By the end of the workshop, each family leaves with expressive artworks that reflect their emotional exploration, as well as a shared experience that strengthens connection, understanding, and creative confidence. Workshop is in english [Tickets for this event are sold via eventfrog](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/art-exhibitions/other-art-events/paint-and-express-your-emotions-as-a-family-7425193667399286131.html) [https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/art-exhibitions/other-art-events/paint-and-express-your-emotions-as-a-family-7425193667399286131.html](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/art-exhibitions/other-art-events/paint-and-express-your-emotions-as-a-family-7425193667399286131.html)

Mäng - transformational game
Mäng - transformational game
Join us for a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. Mäng is a modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice — reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy. It is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight — while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** * People feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps * Those tired of repeating the same emotional patterns and looking for inspiration and clarity * Anyone curious about deeper transformation without spending years on it 🧭 No prior experience needed — just bring your question or theme. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF
