Gerne lade ich Dich ein, verschiedenste Methoden zur Selbstfindung auszuprobieren, damit Du neue Erfahrungen sammeln beziehungsweise bereits Erfahrenes gut integrieren kannst. Für den Einen mag es dabei darum gehen, innere Ruhe zu finden – für die Andere darum, sich selbst besser kennenzulernen oder das eigene Selbstbewusstsein zu stärken. Es gibt so viele tolle Praktiken und Tools, die uns dabei helfen können, bislang unerkannte Anteile zu entdecken, bis dato Unbewusstes bewusst zu machen und neue Erkenntnisse nicht nur verstandesmäßig zu verstehen, sondern auch auf körperlicher Ebene zu integrieren. Das Themenspektrum reicht von Hochsensibilität und Human Design bis zur Energie-, Trauma- und Aufstellungsarbeit. Wir treffen uns dafür einmal im Monat Donnerstag-Abend, um in unterschiedlich aufgebauten Sessions ganz verschiedene Sachen kennenzulernen und mehr innere Balance zu finden. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.
