Hi yogis! I’m Christina, it has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and regularly volunteering yoga class in the Fitfam community for more than four years. This yoga class is chill, simple, and mainly focuses on relaxation for our bodies. We practice, dance, and enjoy a BYOB bottle of your favorite wine at the Dublin Ballroom off Sawmill, North, and “milonga” is a social event for tango dancing where dancers socialize. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
