**Sahaja Yoga Meditation** offers free, guided collective meditation sessions for everyone. Each class includes a simple introduction to meditation, basic techniques for inner balance, and a short talk or discussion on a topic of the day.
These meditation classes are suitable for **complete beginners** and **regular meditators**. No prior knowledge or experience is required.

As it burns, it becomes a moment of intention:
to release, to shift, and to move forward.
Many people describe this moment as grounding, emotional, and deeply liberating.

From social clubs to strategyâunleashing true business value from communities.
Rebecka Isaksson and Lukas WĂźnsch will give some impulses on and thereafter moderate a lively discussion to Communities of Practice (CoPs). The goal of the session would be to demonstrate and discuss how Communities of Practices can evolve beyond simple âsocial clubsâ to become engines of strategic value. The impulse outlines the basics of effective CoPs, showing how they enhance innovation, creativity, employee wellbeing, and, ultimately, organisational productivity and profitability. The speakers will make very sure to properly blend the basic input re Communities of Practice with their practical experience from Community work across sectors.
**Expected outcomes**
Participants will walk away with a clear understanding of what makes Communities of Practice truly effective - and how they can evolve from informal social groups into engines of strategic value. Through a mix of practical impulses and a lively, moderated discussion, the session will unpack how CoPs strengthen innovation, creativity, wellbeing, and organizational performance. Attendees will gain concrete insights grounded in realâworld community work across sectors, leaving with actionable ideas for building and sustaining Communities of Practice that actually make a difference

đ¨ Street Art Photo Walk & Conversation - Melb CBD
Join us for a relaxed street art walk through Melbourne's CBD, exploring laneways, murals, and hidden creative spots while enjoying easy, natural conversation along the way.
If you love photography, bring your camera or smart phone (charged) to snap some fun photos along the way. We often pose in front of our fave artworks. Be prepared to be silly with me đ¤ŞâŚ (optional of course)
This event is about moving at a comfortable pace, noticing whatâs around us, and letting conversation unfold organically as we walk. Thereâs no need for art knowledge - curiosity is more than enough.
The walk has a **light structure to help things flow**, but nothing rigid. Youâre welcome to chat as much or as little as you like and enjoy the experience in your own way.
After the walk, there are options to go for some Haigh's chocolate, or an afternoon dumplings snack, or play games at KingPin - talk to the people as we walk and see who might like to join you afterwards (completely optional).
This event is best suited to adults **approx. 25â50 who are young-at-heart** and enjoy exploring the city, being outdoors, and connecting through shared experiences. Strict age limit = 18+

Our journey to bring people together began in January of 2022. The group was started with a simple intention to gather and meet some likeminded people - connecting through the powerful act of meditation and sharing our genuine selves while sitting in a circle that represents equality, harmony and wholeness( *we believe everyone in the circle is a teacher and a student at the same time)*.
And over the last 4 years of consistently coming together, we have fostered a beautiful, loving, dependable community where members from all walks of life have experienced a sacred space to sit in silence together and meditate, share their authentic selves, give presence to others and forge meaningful and long lasting connections.
The Meditations are guided by Sana(co-founder and host), who is a Trained and certified meditation teacher by the Meditation Association of Australia, and has been guiding meditations for 3+ years in corporate and community settings.

Fundamentals: by do Jung Ishu/ the art of fighting
We are a real world Martial arts group. \
Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \
Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \
We have been around a while. \
Every week we get together and work technical skills and full contact spar. \
Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from street fights to the ring and some still compete in cage fighting. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \

Sunday funday: let's play dodgeball at Scioto Audubon park
Dodgeball is back again!
If youâve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. Weâll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed.
We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play.
If it rains, the event will be canceled.
