La meditación dura unos 40-45 minutos. Normalmente asisten personas del centro Harayoga, así que si ves que no hay nadie apuntado en meetup la sesión se realizará igual y lo más probable es que ya haya apuntada gente por otros canales. El coste de la sesión suelta es de 5 euros y la mensualidad ilimitada de 25 euros. Todo a pagar en el mismo centro Harayoga. Es importante ser puntual. Trae ropa comoda. Hay vestuarios si necesitas cambiarte. ENGLISH (Spanish below! PS, please let me know if you cannot view the event pricing!) * First, we will meet, greet and go over the route map and objectives for about 15 minutes. There will be a basic talk about things to look for and specific things to shoot for each objective. * We will go over the map and then spend time walking the route stopping and shooting in each area. We will be walking for a total of about 2-2.5 hours. The main focus of the workshop is to learn about and gain more confidence shooting street photography with the bonus of exploring and seeing some interesting spots around Barcelona. * Once we're finished the route we will meet at a cafe (if we want!) to speak about the objectives, answer any questions and close with any comments or remarks. * In total we will spend about 2.5 hours in this street photography workshop. Other things to note * You should know the basics of photography and how your camera works. We'll discuss street photography techniques, not learning how to use cameras. * Bring the min amount of things required for a few hours of shooting. (ie. camera and a few € for food etc, thieves are a real problem everywhere). * PLEASE BRING >> POSITIVE VIBES :) *** ESPAÑOL * En primer lugar, nos reuniremos, saludaremos y repasaremos el mapa de la ruta y los objetivos durante unos 15 minutos. Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. We practice Taichi out in the open but been aware of CoViD we want for each practitioner to take the mesures to protect themselfs in the corrent situation the way they see fit under their own responsibility. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? If these bits have caught your attention you can come to know Taichi for free, all Sundays taught by Sifu Albert Sala. The lessons start at 9:00 am and run throught 10:30 am in the parc that is at Lleida Street (Carrer Lleida) in front of the building called “El mercat de les flors” (It’s near de subway stations of Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec). We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice. But you have to be conscius and responsable of yourself so we ask of you to comunicate with us any posible health problems or injuries that may be bring harm to you during training. However you have to be aware and concious of your well-being and therefore we hold you ultimately responsible for it.

This gentle, nature-based mindfulness walk is an invitation to slow down, listen to birdsong instead of notifications, and reconnect with yourself through simple presence.
