Il est composé de deux racines : « nyasa » qui signifie « placer » et « vi » qui signifie « d'une manière spécifique ». On définit donc le yoga Vinyasa comme un enchaînement de mouvements dynamiques, initié et harmonisé par la respiration. Le yoga vinyasa est issu du yoga Ashtanga, qui lui consiste à exécuter une série de postures dans un ordre bien précis. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces.
