Join us to **practise and improve your target language with native speakers on Thursday downstairs in River Bar** (Burgh Quay, Dublin 2) from **6.30pm to 8.30pm**. **Our system:** **• You sit opposite a native speaker of the language you're learning** **• You speak 5mins English, 5mins other language, then change table** This ensures everyone gets an equal opportunity to practise the language they're learning. For our first writing meet-up, we’ll simply come together to spend some time writing in good company 🌷 Bring whatever you’re working on, or just a notebook and an idea, and settle in with a coffee ☕ We’ll keep it relaxed, with space to write quietly or chat a little if it feels natural. ## Breath, Sound & Relaxation – A Weekly Wind-Down (Starting September) Event Description: Join us every Thursday evening for a deeply calming and restorative 75-minute session combining breathwork, mindful relaxation, and immersive sound healing. This class is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and let go of tension through gentle guided breathing, mindful body awareness, and the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular, you're welcome just as you are. Dress to impress - The Baily is premium establishment with a smart and neat dress code. Any thing less means you may be turned away by the door staff. A fun way to compare wines from two different countries at a time. House Wine is squaring off two countries' wines against each other each Thursday in March. March 12, March 19, March 26, and the Finals April 2nd. Meet and Greet format....show up after 7pm, pay your $15 at the cash register, get your wine glass, and enjoy.
