Et si chaque entraînement pouvait devenir un voyage intérieur, un défi contre soi-même, une quête de maîtrise et de sens ?
Depuis l’Antiquité, la philosophie relie le corps et l’esprit : force, discipline, équilibre, harmonie.

Brussels Runners - Tuesday Intervals
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive load, and a recovery week at the end of the cycle.
Session:
* 10 - 20’ warm up (easy run and drills)
* Core session (ie. 6x5' - 2' recovery)
* Cool down
We run together during Warm-up, and cool down and tey to regroup during recovery time. Paces are not imposed (everyone runs at his/her own pace) given the intensity suggested.
Notes:
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the session, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'15"/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

When you come for the first time we go over the base & rhythm with you. Then you are included in the group and everybody learns the same new steps for which you just need the base.

De la base à la piste de danse !
Lorsque tu nous rejoins on voit la base et le rythme avec toi. Ensuite, tu es inclus dans le groupe et tout le monde apprend les mêmes pas pour lesquelles tu as juste besoin de la base.
C'est en forgeant qu'on devient forgeron : détend-toi et profite la Salsa, de la Bachata, du Lindy Hop et/ou du Forró !
Notre groupe est très accueillant et a hâte de rencontrer de nouveaux danseurs !

**On nous a appris à séparer le corps et l'esprit. Et si c'était notre plus grande erreur ?**
Nous passons nos journées soit à épuiser notre corps (stress, course, sédentarité), soit à saturer notre mental (écrans, analyses, préoccupations). Résultat : nous nous sentons souvent déséquilibrés, comme si notre tête ne savait plus ce que fait notre corps.
Pourtant, les anciens Grecs ne concevaient pas la sagesse sans l'exercice physique. Pour eux, le philosophe était un athlète de la vie, capable de penser avec clarté tout en agissant avec force.
**Venez découvrir une approche unique pour entraîner l’humain dans sa totalité.**
Lors de cette séance d'essai gratuite, nous allons expérimenter :
* **Le muscle de la pensée :** Comment la discipline physique renforce notre clarté mentale.

After the climb, stick around and grab a snack or a drink with the others and talk about the sweet smell of chalk on your hands or brag about the amount of times you fell on the soft mattress ;p

Intervals Workout Session 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻 Bois de la Cambre
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter.
Program:
15’ warm up
**To be defined**
Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more
S=All out sprint
RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed)
CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold)
J = Jog, recuperation
Notes:
It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point.
