¿Te gustaría eliminar de tu cabeza todo lo que te limita? ¿Te gustaría estar más alegre y atraer la abundancia a tu vida? “Todo en la vida viene a mí con facilidad, alegría y gloria”. Los pensamientos son una forma de energía que tienen carga eléctrica. Cuando pensamos mucho nuestro cerebro se sobrecarga, lo que hace que éste se encuentre en una frecuencia de ondas Beta. Este tipo de frecuencia nos bloquea, dificulta enormemente la relajación y eleva el nivel de estrés con los problemas que todo esto conlleva. Access Bars es una técnica de aplicación manual que consigue, mediante unos suaves toques en ciertos puntos específicos de la cabeza, que las ondas cerebrales cambien, pasando de ondas Beta (estado de vigilia) a ondas Theta o Delta (estados de relajación profunda). ¿Pero es sólo eso Access Bars? Access Bars es un proceso que activa 32 barras energéticas situadas en la cabeza. Cada una de estas barras contiene información sobre determinadas áreas de la vida (dinero, control, creatividad, poder, sexualidad, cuerpo, envejecimiento, alegría, tristeza, etc.). Al ser estimuladas, las barras comienzan a descargarse y eliminar información (carga eléctrica). Se trata, literalmente, de formatear nuestro cerebro, como si de un disco duro se tratase. ¿Significa eso que perderás información valiosa para ti? ¿que olvidarás nombres, datos importantes o recuerdos vitales? PARA NADA. Access Bars no borra ese tipo de información, llamémosla objetiva, sino que, por ejemplo, hará desaparecer puntos de vista, percepciones como “los hombres son malos” o “hay que sufrir para conseguir lo que se quiere” seas consciente de ellas o no. Estas ideas asentadas en tu mente están limitando tu capacidad de recibir mucho más de esta vida. ¿Y qué se siente después de que esas barras sean activadas en una sesión de Access Bars? El primer síntoma suele ser una relajación profunda como casi nunca antes se ha experimentado. Muchas personas se duermen durante la sesión, otras entran en un estado de entresueño, en el que parecen dormidas pero están conscientes. En este estado de la mente, el inconsciente comienza a soltar y eliminar la basura acumulada durante años de forma suave y placentera. El segundo síntoma suele ser una sensación de paz y claridad mental, muy poco común para la mayoría de las personas. En los días siguientes a la sesión te envuelve un sentimiento de mayor seguridad y confianza en ti mismo, mayor creatividad, más soltura y alegría a la hora de relacionarte, y más placer y dinamismo en cuanto a lo físico se refiere. ¿Y a todo el mundo le pasa lo mismo? Los pensamientos limitantes y juicios que habitaban tu cabeza comienzan a desaparecer. Dejas de actuar en función del pasado o del miedo al futuro para vivir plenamente conectado con el presente. Lo que antes creías que era difícil o imposible sucede con menos o ningún esfuerzo de tu parte. Las posibilidades infinitas empiezan a mostrarse en tu vida y por primera vez en años vuelves a tener posibilidad de elección (real), no de elegir en base a tus pensamientos o sentimientos viejos y obsoletos que te limitaban, sino en base a tu conocimiento del momento presente. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm the second & fourth Wednesday of every month at Two Dollar Radio Headquarters (HQ). Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens around 6:45pm. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled! If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer. Other customers are welcome at Two Dollar HQ at the time, so please bring earplugs/headphones if noise will bother you! **OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:** * **RSVP:** Please RSVP by 6:00pm the evening of the meeting. This helps me know how many to expect, and if we'll need additional space! * **COVID:** While masks are not required, please be mindful of the other writers around you and their comfort levels. * **ACCESSIBILITY:** Two Dollar Radio HQ's entrance door on Cline Street is wheelchair accessible, they have two gender-neutral bathrooms that are both wheelchair accessible, and their ordering and table-seating area is as well. Working service dogs are allowed. * **WIFI/OUTLETS:** Outlets are limited, so please ensure your devices are charged when you come! But Two Dollar Radio HQ does have free WiFi! Yay! * **PARKING:** There is free public street parking on all surrounding streets, on both sides of Parsons Ave. You are also welcome to park in the Columbus Metropolitan Library parking lot across the street (1113 Parsons Ave). Two Dollar Radio HQ has a bike rack on the corner of Cline and Parsons, and the library has bike parking (across Parsons). * **FOOD/BEVERAGE:** Two Dollar Radio HQ is a bar and vegan cafe. Their food is 100% vegan and made from scratch, with love. They also serve a range of wine, beer, and cocktails, as well as coffees and teas.
