Learn Meditation and Stress Management in MD
Learn to manage stress and achieve self-growth through simple relaxation and Meditation.
Heartfulness Meditation is a simple, modern, methodical approach to meditation. Rather than homing in on your breath or repeating a mantra, you simply focus inward, on your heart, to cultivate inner strength and serenity. Heartfulness meditation is gaining traction in recent years. It focuses on the heart, allowing individuals to connect with themselves on a deeper level, and ultimately achieve peace, relaxation, and clarity. It is a practice that encourages patience, self-compassion, and acceptance, helping cultivate a deeper appreciation for the present moment.
This practice is offered with love and at no cost
Mindful Yoga
Yoga is a core part of Mindful Leadership. In connection to this, we will do yoga. We meditate at the end of the class. I am a yogi myself and enjoy it a lot. I would like to share the joy with fellow members.
We secured a private class, just for our group. We will grab a bite/a booze afterwards (Optional).

Storage of stuff?
Please store your personal items in provided “cubbies” inside the studio practice rooms (please don’t leave things outside the yoga room, especially valuables. And please remember to turn your cell phone off!

Ladies Only: Goal Focus & Accountability Session 🎯📝📚
🎯Goal Focus & Flow is a casual, women only event created for deep focus, intentional progress, and genuine connection.🌞
Bring whatever you’re currently working on, studying, planning, writing, researching, job searching, creative projects, or personal goals and spend focused time working independently while surrounded by other women doing the same. The energy is calm, supportive, and rooted in mutual growth.
At the end of the session, we’ll do a brief, optional share where participants can talk about what they worked on and what they learned. Sharing insights helps reinforce learning, spark ideas for others, and turn individual progress into collective knowledge.
This space is intentionally designed to help women:
🎯 Stay accountable to their goals
✅ Learn from one another in an organic, low-pressure way
🧠 Retain what they’re working on by reflecting and sharing
👯♀️ Build friendships while growing side by side
The shared focus and reflection create a natural sense of connection, allowing friendships to form through growth rather than small talk.
Location note:
For women’s safety and comfort, the venue will not be shared publicly. The exact location will be shared privately in the group chat with confirmed attendees. Join the group chat here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/H533SlZi8h70XjkN6iSEws
Come as you are. Work at your own pace. Leave with clarity, momentum, and the feeling that you’re not growing alone.
Movie Discussion: Groundhog Day
**To confirm attendance, please also register on Luma: [https://luma.com/fwvre5x3](https://luma.com/fwvre5x3)**
Let's discuss this classic movie Groundhog Day on the day before the Groundhog Day of 2026.
**Please watch this movie before joining the discussion:**
[https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107048/](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107048/)
If more than 6 people join the discussion, we will break out into smaller groups. **(max 6 people per group)**
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
1. **Phil's character changed through accumulated daily choices over time. How do our repeated small decisions shape who we ultimately become?**
2. **Phil's pursuit of pleasure without consequence left him feeling empty. Why might selfish gratification fail to provide lasting fulfillment?**
3. **Phil's lowest moments became the catalyst for his genuine transformation. How can a crisis serve as a turning point toward growth?**
4. **Phil found meaning through learning skills like piano and ice sculpting. What makes skill-building fulfilling even when external rewards are absent?**
5. **Phil's calculated attempts to win Rita failed until he became genuinely good. What distinguishes authentic connection from performed affection?**
6. **Phil transformed by memorizing the town's needs and serving others daily. How do small acts of service shape both individuals and communities?**
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
To provide an enjoyable experience for fellow participants, here are three ground rules during discussion events:
1. Step up and step back. (If you feel that you’ve been talking too much, step back to listen more. If you feel that you’ve been relatively quiet, step up to share your perspective or ask a question)
2. Listen to understand, not to respond.
3. Be open-minded and value differences.

Self-Love: Confidence Through Expression
Confidence can be cultivated in many ways—through reflection, conversation, creativity, and practice. In this Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore one powerful pathway: **building confidence from the inside out through physical expression and movement**.
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of insight, self-trust, and presence. We’ll begin by grounding into what’s bringing you here, creating space to notice how your body is showing up and what it’s holding. From there, you’ll be guided through accessible movement exercises that invite awareness and choice—isolating different parts of the body, experimenting with movement, and practicing what it feels like to take up space intentionally.
Next, you’ll participate in a small-group dance lesson led in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No dance experience is needed. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on expression, curiosity, and allowing yourself to move with confidence as you are.
We’ll close with a reflective group discussion, exploring what emerged during the experience and how these insights can be applied beyond the studio—how you inhabit your body, how you carry yourself, and how you show up in everyday life.
**What to know:**
* Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you feel good moving in
* No dance experience required
* Light snacks and beverages will be provided
This session is for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with confidence by listening to their body, expanding their capacity for self-expression, and practicing self-love as an embodied experience.

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data**
Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics.
The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth.
The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical.
(note: we are back at Rev1 this month!)
