What happens when the mind becomes quiet enough to reveal something deeper? In this session we explore meditation not just as a technique, but as an experience. When the usual mental activity slows down, many people discover a surprising sense of clarity, stillness, and awareness that feels very different from ordinary thinking. This evening is designed to let you explore that shift directly. Rather than focusing on theory, the emphasis is on experiencing what becomes possible when attention turns inward and the mind settles. If you are curious about what meditation can reveal beyond relaxation or concentration, this session invites you to explore it for yourself. Come with curiosity — the experience will speak for itself. IMPORTANT: Please bring something comfortable to sit on for meditation. Come join us for an afternoon run/jog/walk. It will be an A to B trail and there will be a car to shuttle bags from A to B. We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. All happens outside, so you need spare warm clothes for after the trail! Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30. Don’t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup.
