If you have an interest in spiritual topics like Dreams, Past Lives, or Soul Travel, then join other like-hearted Souls in conversation and some exercise as we take a spiritual walk around the Botanic Gardens. **The walk** We’ll walk along the many paths in the gardens which lead through many exotic plants and trees. There are also the glasshouses which house lots of tropical plants. The walk will be easy and pretty straightforward. Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. While walking we will try to be present in the moment, be mindful of our thoughts, observe what is presented to us and what comes into our awareness. We'd love to hear your stories and any insights you’d like to share. **Meeting Point** Please see the photo below from Google maps for the location of our meeting point, which is around the patio area between the Cafe, the Alpine House and the Teak House. **Food** There is a cafe in the Gardens but because it is a public holiday, you can expect it to be busy. You can bring some food for a picnic, and for sharing if you’re feeling generous. Explore the Great Sugarloaf Hike from Bray Head on Bank Holiday Monday. * **Meeting Point : Bray Train Station** * **Time : 11:00AM.** * **When : Monday the 1st of June.** **How to get there ? E1 (Dublin Bus towards Ballywaltrim) or take the LUAS (Green Time Tram to Cherrywood) then take the L14 (Dublin Bus Towards Southern Cross) which bring you to Bray Promenade.** **We will meet outside Bray Train Station at 11:00 (Waiting Five Minutes and then start our Hike.)** **Duration : 14.8 Kilometres.** **Estimated Time : 5 Hours.** Walking to Bray Promenade, then we will be hiking up Bray Head which will be much quieter route then coming into neighbourhoods and rural areas. We will stop at Belmont Demense for 30 Minutes at the Coffee Shop called the Barn. After 30 Minutes we will go back to our hike towards the Great Sugar Loaf. I hope to see you there.
