Guest Speaker: Susan Prolman, Activism for Animals Post-PAM Animal Action: TBD Susan Prolman is a lifelong advocate for animals. Susan served as Executive Director of the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition and as Director of International Campaigns for The Humane Society of the United States (now called Humane World for Animals). She lobbied against factory farming and for environmental protection for years. While a Georgetown University law student, she helped to create the school's first animal law course. Susan leads Activism for Animals, which shares ideas for creative, positive, everyday actions individuals can take to spread animal rights messages in their communities. Join your fellow animal lovers and DC Animal Protection to discuss what’s happening in the animal advocacy scene in DC!
