**Paul Maguire** is a product development engineer and innovation leader, with manufacturing and supply chain experience. I use my foundation in Plastics Engineering and manufacturing as a springboard to turn dreams into reality.” Maguire has spent over twenty years working directly with factories in U.S. and Asia. “Products that I have worked on have sold in excess of 100 Million units.” Maguire holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts and attended Design Thinking and Master of Management courses at Cambridge College and Harvard University.
