Practice selected ForestMind exercises and include optional moments of shared reflection in a safe, supportive space. Some invitations focus on noticing and kindly accepting your own thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. We play in English and the game rules are taught before starting play, unless everyone is already familiar with the game. No previous experience with board gaming required.
