The Mental Wealth Field: Presence, Pressure, and Collective Intelligence
In complex organisational environments, pressure often overrides presence — narrowing thinking, reducing trust, and fragmenting collaboration.
This session introduces **the** **concept of the *Mental Wealth Field*: the conditions under which individuals and groups naturally access clarity, insight, and collective intelligence.**
Rather than offering tools or techniques, the session creates a lived experience of what becomes possible when unnecessary psychological pressure eases.
Participants will:
* Experience **how presence impacts communication and collaboration.**
* Explore **the relationship between pressure, thinking, and decision-making**.
* Reflect on **how facilitators can stabilise conditions where insight emerges naturally**.
This is not a skills-based workshop.
It is an **experiential exploration of the invisible conditions that shape group effectiveness**.
**Richard Gordon Kelly** works with people inside organisations where pressure has quietly become the norm.
With over 25 years’ experience, he creates spaces where leaders and teams can slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with what matters.
Through this work in the Mental Wealth Zone, Richard helps people feel seen, safe, and trusted - so clarity, connection, and sustainable performance naturally follow.

Welcoming the Age of Wisdom: A Women’s Circle (40+)
Circling and meditative journey through peri- and post-menopause to reclaim your power, purpose, and authenticity.
Are you feeling your body shifting? Is "brain fog" clouding your days, or sleep becoming a rare guest? Perhaps the roles you’ve played for years—at home or in your career—no longer feel like they fit.

Mithila Painting
Hello and welcome!
Join us for a guided session on Mithila painting to unwind and start your week with serenity and intention.
This painting technique has been preserved and passed down over generations by women who have made it their way of self expression and connecting with the world, even in times when they had limited autonomy on their lives.
Let this powerful medium relax you in a fun and creative way. Let the chatter in your mind flow away with each stroke of your brush or pen, as we try to find the answer to a simple question through art: "Who am I?"
Who knows, maybe you find the quiet within you, hidden among all the chaos, or you end up making good friends over some paint and a cup of coffee or tea! Either way, this is a safe space where everyone is welcome.
Rules:
1. This event is free and all materials will be provided on spot.
2. Seats are limited on a first come first served basis, so don't forget to register.
3. You don't need to be an artist or an expert, just join as you are! :)
4. Be present in the moment and respectful of others sharing the space.

**A MESSAGE FOR NEWCOMERS:**
*In the three years of hosting this coffee group, I have met many people who struggle with anxieties when coming to an event for the first time. Sometimes, it took them more than one attempt before being able to join.*
*Occasionally, people reach out to me before the event, and I have always been grateful for that as it offers the opportunity to communicate with each other and to find the best and most gentle way for that person to join the group.*
*I would like to encourage everyone who struggles with this to contact me before. It would really be too bad if you can't join us, as it mostly gets better the second or third time you come.*
*In addition to that, if you arrive and notice any signs of nervousness or fear, you can always let me know right then.*
**THANK YOU AND SEE YOU ALL ON Saturday!**

Engaging in men’s work is the new way to forge friendships while being open-minded to personal growth. Many men experience healthier relationships, personally and professionally, by engaging in this work.
Open Men’s Group is a container for men to share vulnerably without receiving judgment or feedback.
We believe that emotionally mature, powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven men will help heal some of society’s deepest wounds. We support the powerful brilliance of men and we are willing to look at, and take full responsibility for, the pain we are also capable of creating – and suffering. We care deeply about men, our families, communities, and the planet.

Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.**
How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently?
Then we will go into a topic discussion.
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
**COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS**
\*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\*
1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group.
2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another.
3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up.
4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space.
5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable.
6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.

Bad Girls Book Club March 2026
**Our March pick is *God of the Woods* by Liz Moore.**
**This month’s novel is an award-winning literary mystery that blends family drama with psychological suspense. It explores women’s voices and relationships while delivering an exciting, eerie, and deeply suspenseful story. The book is 576 pages in print or 14 hours and 35 minutes on audiobook.**
Early morning, August 1975: a camp counselor discovers an empty bunk. Its occupant, Barbara Van Laar, has gone missing. Barbara isn’t just any thirteen-year-old: she’s the daughter of the family that owns the summer camp and employs most of the region’s residents. And this isn’t the first time a Van Laar child has disappeared. Barbara’s older brother similarly vanished fourteen years ago, never to be found.
As a panicked search begins, a thrilling drama unfolds. Chasing down the layered secrets of the Van Laar family and the blue-collar community working in its shadow, Moore’s multi-threaded story invites readers into a rich and gripping dynasty of secrets and second chances. It is Liz Moore’s most ambitious and wide-reaching novel yet.
