We will break down from where the movements come from, because yes, there is a technical part so that you get the right tools to start, know the muscles you need to use to make it simplier than it seems. You will see that oriental dance is much more than hip movements, you will also learn torso movements, graceful arms and hands etc It can be energizing , flowing, sensual, flirty, fun and much more!
