La séance débute par un temps d’ancrage et de connexion à la respiration, permettant de se recentrer et d’arriver pleinement dans le corps. Des mouvements doux et progressifs viennent ensuite mobiliser les articulations et réveiller le corps en conscience. Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit. On apprend à s’écouter, à respecter ses limites et à être attentif aux messages du corps. L’accent est mis sur la connexion entre le mouvement et les ressentis, plutôt que sur la performance. Des exercices ciblés permettent de fluidifier l’énergie dans le corps, de le rééquilibrer et de développer force, équilibre et mobilité, tout en conservant une approche douce et respectueuse. La séance se termine par un retour au calme et un moment de relaxation, afin d’intégrer pleinement les bienfaits de la pratique. I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Ergänzende Infos: Salsa! Kein anderer Tanz hat in den letzten Jahren eine derart steile Erfolgskurve aufs Parkett gelegt. Die Salsa weckt Sehnsüchte nach der Karibik und versprüht wahre Lebensfreude. Salsa wird paarweise getanzt. Ein Partner führt, der andere wird geführt. Bei uns werden hauptsächlich Kurse im kubanischen Stil unterrichtet, der Salsa Cubana, welcher seinen Ursprung in Kuba hat. Die kubanische Salsa wirkt eher spielerisch, rhythmisch und lebendig und setzt sich aus unterschiedlichen lateinamerikanischen Rhythmen und Tänzen zusammen. Das wesentliche Merkmal des kubanischen Stils sind die Drehungen des Tanzpaares um einen gemeinsamen Mittelpunkt und das Kernstück des Salsa Cubana, die Rueda de Casino. Der Name Rueda rührt daher, dass alle beteiligten Paare einen Kreis bilden, wobei sie jeweils synchron die gleichen Figuren tanzen. Bedingt durch Partnerwechsel, die jeweils zu den getanzten Figuren gehören, dreht sich die Rueda bzw. das Rad. Der Kurs für blutige Anfänger oder für Leute, die sich mit den Basic-Elementen noch unsicher fühlen.
