I show up for that 80-year-old version of myself who is grateful to my present self for showing up even when life felt challenging! My aim through this group is to meet women who aren't so sure about resistance training and are open to taking that leap of faith. Remember, it's always about the journey and not the destination. Worked as a personal trainer at Ultimate Performance H.K and now a Freelance Personal Trainer. What will happen? Each session includes solo set practices and partner combat drills. No worries if you're a beginner—personalized attention will be provided to match your level, ability, and learning needs.
