We will be taking a walk south along Broadview Avenue to learn about several historic buildings including the old Don Jail, one of Toronto's oldest homes, and buildings in little Chinatown. We will be discussing the architecture and unique history of these properties. Then we will go to the "Riverside Eats and Beats Festival" featuring free food, music, and a huge block party. Don Valley Trail Hikes are excellent and have so much to offer and explore - especially as the weather gets more warm. The 8 km hike is not difficult but there are some hills.
