This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and sate environment and open up about our lives freely. A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves. Anything you share in the session is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the room. Explore Fifteen Acres, Oldtown Wood, Glen Water and Furry Glen Loop in the Pheonix Park, Dublin. We will be meeting the Hueston Station, Dublin for 11:45. I will be inside waiting beside Pret A Manger, waiting for 10 minutes, after we will be walking to Park Gate Street and getting the 80 Dublin (towards Liffey Valley), Bus departs the bus stop at 12:06 (Bus Stop Number 7078). We will be on the Bus for 9 minutes (9 Stops), getting off at Chapelizod at 12:15 estimation time. After getting off the Bus, we will be starting are walking loop. There is a lovely Coffee Shop called Park Lane Deli, there do great Coffee, Sandwiches, Acai Bowls and More.... For those that want to drive they can park at Upper Glen Road Car Park. This will be a scenic route. Walk Duration is 8.1KM (Should take 2 Hours Long) The Trail is Easy. Every event is 3 to 5 Euro, this helps me with the monthly cost and takes time creating these events.
