Parasailing and Medieval Times Dinner
Parasail over beautiful Lake Ontario for some picturesque views! Private boat holds up to 10 people but if we have more they will add a second boat. You may parasail single, double or triple depending on weights and this will be decided by the boat captain. You do not need to get wet/go in the water but may request they dip you in at the end. This is a more calm adventure than most people think. It’s very peaceful up there.
Please note: start time is approximate. We may go slightly before or slightly after depending on how many people we get. We need to be off the water by 3pm sharp for our second adventure, dinner at Medieval Times dinner theatre. Watch knights on horseback jousting and competing for first place. Dinner is at 4pm.
Join us for one or both adventures.
Parasailing $66 US
Medieval times dinner $67 US
If we get a large enough group and group rates kick in you may get a small refund. If you have food allergies please message me as they can accommodate.
Payment via Venmo to adventureD777.
Non-refundable unless cancelled by tour company.

🔎 MURDER MYSTERY STORYLINE
The date is July 1, 1867. Canada has just officially become a nation.
At a grand mansion on the outskirts of the city, the elite gathered for an exclusive Confederation celebration filled with lavish cocktails, lively conversation, and extravagant festivities.
But the celebration comes to a sudden halt.
A scream cuts through the room.
The evening's esteemed host was found dead. Gasps and whispers spread through the crowd. This was no accident.
The investigation has begun and you have been called in to help crack the case.
Here at the Society Clubhouse, our team has meticulously created a crime scene modelled after the actual scene discovered at the mansion that night. Every clue, every detail has been carefully laid out before you.
Now, Detectives, we need your help.
Interrogate suspects. Uncover hidden motives. Follow the clues.
Can you solve the mystery before the killer slips away?

Yonkers Book Club: Circe
**💡 Reading Meetup: Circe by Madeline Miller • Casual and Friendly**
The book club is meeting to open up a conversation around the thought-provoking Circe by Madeline Miller with a friendly group who enjoy good conversation, and everyone leaves with something new to think about.
The format is relaxed and member-led — with all opinions treated as equally valid, and the energy in the room tends to build as the evening goes on.
Come however far through the book you are, and note any characters or moments you want to unpack, and bring your reading notes — because the book looks completely different through a new set of eyes.
You do not need to have been before — and no introduction is required beyond showing up, your presence is the only requirement, and the relaxed setting means there is no pressure on you.
---
**The session at a glance:**
- Introductions are short and the book takes over within the first few minutes
- Discussion opens with an initial question and flows from there without a set agenda
- At some point toward the end the group votes on or suggests next month's read
💡 **Before the session:** mark the page you most want to talk about, because having one concrete thing to say takes the pressure off everything else, and the rest of the conversation will take care of itself.
---
☕ A good discussion is worth fifty pages of rereading — come along and join a conversation worth having and the discussion takes it from there. See you at the table. ☕

Board games at The Forge (theme night: unplayed games)
This week is national unplayed games week, so we encourage you to break out those shrink-wrapped games you bought on a whim but haven't had a chance to try yet. Do your best to learn the game ahead of time to facilitate the process! let's get those dusty ones to the table!
The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group!
The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play.
Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes.
We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area.
Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
