For all participants of our Crit Tako meetups, Wood For Sheep has reduced the **sitting fee to $6 per person** (Thank you WoodForSheep!). Same sitting fee for Flock members. The sitting fee will cover from 1 pm to 11 pm (closing time). We usually play till 7 pm or 8 pm (for a break, grab dinner), depending on the game. Welcome to the Saturday meetup for Toronto Heavy Boardgamers @ The Guild House! The purpose of this event is to meet up to play heavier / longer board games, and have fun while doing it! We will start off small and if there is sufficient interest we will add capacity for future events. Players compete to score points by controlling battlefields with units, spells, and gear, with the first to reach eight points winning. The game is designed to be easy to learn and supports both one-on-one and multiplayer (up to four players) games.

This is an opportunity to meet up for some LGBTQ2IA-flavoured gaming and socializing—allies also welcome. Come for the gaming, socializing, and the drinks! :) Be sure to invite friends and such, too. We’ll be in the larger area towards the back. Event officially runs from 4pm to 7pm, at which point we start to pack away the games, clearing up before the band takes the stage (9:30-10pm). You'll have access to a robust library of board games, and attendees are welcome to bring their own games. There is no event fee.
