Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 11:00 - quick intros. 11:15 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 12:15 - (the end) chat / take off / keep writing / socialising. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. Tennis time! 🎾 I managed to book 4 hours, **9.00 - 13.00**! I'm in to play all 4 hours. Don't worry, I got the stamina to back my statement up. 😎 You are free to only play for 1-2 hours, if this is what you wish, or more, if you're crazy for tennis like me! Just let me know which hours you prefer. We will play **singles**, and play on rotation (e.g. we play 2 games, then rotate), if we're more than 2 players on the court at any given time. 💪 Some **physical endurance** is **expected and required**. ❗️ Some **technical skill** is **expected and required** \- this is **not** a newbie-friendly event! We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
