Free Human Towers Rehearsal + Social (Sunday)
Sunday rehearsal with Castellers of London. Meet us at the OBC Community Centre to help build human towers!
This get together is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends, socialise and have a go and explore your abilities as a human tower builder a.k.a Casteller!
For newcomers we have a team of trained Castellers who will introduce you to the group, guide you through the activity and help you safely take part in this unique Catalan tradition.
When you arrive just approach us as we are really friendly! If in doubt ask for Cuss! Please let us know if you are bringing guests.
After the rehearsal we go to a nearby pub for social drinks where everyone is welcome :)
What do you need?
1. Ideally a cotton shirt: to protect your neck and shoulders, the more durable the shirt/top the better. We do not recommend any thin items of clothing!
2. Jeans: allowing you to move freely without breaking.
3. Mask: We still require the use of a mask as you will be very close to your fellow Castellers - basically you will be hugging people!
The rest of the equipment is on us!
We take health and safety very seriously, both in relation to COVID-19 and also the activity- please be assured that the safety of all participants is of the utmost importance to us and we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk, ensuring we all have a great time!
Our regular members won't be filling in the Meet Up to say they are going š
So don't be put off if you see only a handful have said they are going.
A minimum of 25 on the day is normal. What the Meet Up may show is how many new people like yourself are going.

If you love anime & manga then please join us for our weekly meetups, where we basically just sit, chat and read anime & manga!
We usually sit in the back of the pub. If the weather is nice we may sit outside at the back of the pub, or even outside on the downstairs floor.
In this meetup, you can BYOM (bring your own manga) or read one from the selection we will bring. See this as an opportunity to discover, recommend or simply enjoy Japanese comics & anime with like-minded people!

After another sold out workshop, weāre excited to announce the next full-day songwriting workshop a**t Safo Music** on **Sunday 14th June.**
In just one day, youāll go from ideas and voice notes⦠to creating and performing a completely original song in a real professional studio environment.
This isnāt a āsit and watchā workshop.
From the moment you arrive, youāll be writing in small groups of 3 or 4, collaborating, creating melodies, developing lyrics, and building songs alongside other artists, singers, producers and songwriters.
And at the end of the day, every group performs the song theyāve written live.
Thatās always one of the highlights ,seeing complete original songs come together in just a few hours.
Whether youāre completely new to songwriting or already releasing music, the day is designed to help push your creativity further in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

**WHAT ARE SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?**
The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces often appear as difficulties or a sense of being 'stuck' in life, affecting our behavior, relationships, career, health/wellbeing, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional āmapā of oneās life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur.
**WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION?**
In Constellations work the āclientā is referred to as the āIssue Holderā.
The method uses workshop participants as āRepresentativesā to stand in for key people in the clientās life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex-partners etc., sometimes āabstractā concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regardless of how they choose to take part.
**WHY DOES THIS WORK?**
Scientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behavior today and affect future generations.\*\* Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behavior patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in your family history. This notion has always been one of the guiding principles of Systemic / Constellations Therapy, a form of work that is dedicated to exposing and dealing with issues emerging from our family system.
Our group provides a **safe space** where deep personal work is done and where maintaining confidentiality and respect for each other's privacy is paramount.

* Please pay before you attend the session, if the situation occurs that there's a waitlist you will be removed from the attending list and added to the waitlist if payment isn't made at least 8 hours before the session start time.
* It is solely YOUR responsibility to check your attending and waitlist status for any changes as you will not be notified by any member of staff on real time changes.
* If you have been moved to the attending list please pay promptly if payment isn't made within 2 hours of been added to the waitlist your spot will be forfeited to the next person in the waitlist if applicable. Changes in attending and waitlist will happen in two hour intervals till the last two hours which then it will change to a one hour interval. E.G 8,6,4,2,1
* Any members that have been moved from the waitlist to the attending list and cancel will be charged 50% of the full member fee of the session.
* Any members that cancel from the waitlist will not be charged.

Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration is the UKās only permanent place for illustration, opening Friday 5th June 2026.
When it opens in Clerkenwell, London, the three galleries in a former waterworks will showcase the breadth and dynamism of illustration through regularly changing exhibitions.
Visitors can explore their free spaces, including public gardens, displays and an illustration library. A cafƩ serving fresh food in historic surroundings will also be on offer as well as a shop stocked with unique illustration gifts.

Everyone is welcome! That means every skill level, gender, sexuality etc. Just gotta be over 18!
No one gets upset if we miss a pass.... or the ball altogether! Skills vary from old semi-pro players all the way to never kicked a ball. We werenāt fibbing when we said inclusive.
Please bring a BLACK and WHITE tshirt. Please aim to arrive at 10:15 (ideally 10:15am to help out in the setting up) as we want to kickoff at 10:30.

AI adoption is stalling across organizations ā not because of a lack of motivation or tools, but because it's fundamentally a behavior design challenge.
This hands-on workshop applies proven Behavior Design models and methods to help you move from a vague organizational wish to boost AI adoption to 3-5 concrete, testable interventions you can act on starting tomorrow.
Whether you're a product manager, on a product team, or just someone trying to get AI to actually stick at work, you'll leave with a clear picture of what's worth focusing on, what to ignore, and how to drive real, sustained adoption ā no guesswork required.

Laptop: Fully charged and ready to go.
AI Assistant: Have your favorite AI assistant pulled up. (Dom will be using Claude, but feel free to use whichever assistant you prefer!)
