Today, seven of the nine planetary boundaries have been crossed, putting increasing pressure on Earth’s life-support systems. To secure a safe and just future for all, we must understand how human activities interact with the Earth system - and act decisively to reduce pressures on our planet and its ecosystems. The Planetary Boundaries Fresco is a half-day collaborative, science-based game experience that brings the planetary boundaries framework to life through guided discussions and an interactive card game. Together, you'll explore the processes that regulate Earth’s stability, uncover how human pressures drive changes across the planet, and identify leverage points for action. It is an outdoor movement class in the calisthenics park in Griftpark . We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. The Dutch Heuvelrug is a hilly and sandy ridge, running from Hilversum in the north to Rhenen in the south. This National Park is covered in forest, heather and stretches of sand and dunes. On this hike, we will explore the Heuvelrug from Den Dolder. This area is mostly forested, perfect for a (hot) summer’s day! **Where to meet**: we will meet at **10 am** at train station Den Dolder.
