We meet and chat about it, as a starting point of conversation. Please feel free to bring books :)

Let Go of that Separate Version of Who you Think You Are !!! Shodo Harada Roshi. **What we do:** Are you interested in Meditation ? Perhaps you would be interested in our evening of Meditation? Our tradition is that of Rinzai Zen, our teacher Harada Roshi. Our main practice during the evening is Zazen, seated Meditation practice. Sitting together in silence we turn our attention inward and seek to awaken to the truth of that which we truly are. We start the evening with a round of Zazen(sitting Meditation) followed by Kinhin (walking Meditation), another round of Zazen and finishing with Chanting of a number of Sutras, including The Heart Sutra. If you are new to meditation, instruction can be given. **Organisers Statement.** All interested in Meditation practice welcome, beginners and experienced persons alike. **Explore Ballinstoe Wood in County Wicklow.** * **Meeting Point : St. Stephen’s Green Main Entrance (Opposite side of the Shopping Centre).** * **When : Sunday,** **28th of May.** * **Time : 10:30 AM.** **We will be meeting at St. Stephen’s Green at 10:30 AM, waiting 5 Minutes then we will be walking to the Glendalough Bus Stop.** **We are talking the** **Scheduled 181 Bus to Glendalough at 11:00 AM.** **“Bus Takes CARD, LEAP CARD AND FREE TRAVEL PASS”.** * **Bus Duration 16 Stops (53 Minutes).** **We will be getting off the Bus at Djouce Golf Club Stop and walking 26 Minutes (1.8 KM) to the Starting Point.** **When we reach the starting point we will start our trail loop around Ballinastoe Wood.** * **Duration 2-3 Hours** * **Distance 6.9 KM** **This is a scenic trail with Beautiful views of the forest and with wildlife (please be careful)** **Some of the path is closed so we will need to take Diversions.** **When we finished the loop, we will walk to Roundwood Town for roughly 1 Hour.** **When we return to Dublin from Roundwood, the Bus is scheduled at 18:00 PM.** **“Every event is 5 Euro’s, you can pay by using Revolut or Cash.”** **I good to see you there !**

**Some Practicalities**
1. You will need to purchase your own food and drink on the night. The bill will be split between all of us.
2. When you arrive at the restaurant, say the name of the event host and the restaurant staff will guide you to the Table. If you have any issues please message us.
3. For those on the ‘going list’ and ‘wait list’, a direct message will be sent to you a week before the event. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis when you reply to this message confirming your attendance. We will reply confirming you have a spot.
4. If you can no longer make it, please try to give us 24-48hrs notice.
5. The age range for this event is 18-39.

There will be many other new people, so you won't be alone. And the regulars will be there to help make you feel welcome. We're a relaxed and warm group. We hope to see you. **SIDE NOTE:** New members are welcome to ALL our Friday night wine tastings, but this night is a special overture to those who don't want to feel that they are the only new person in the room.
