Join me for an afternoon of movement, breath, nature, community, and **cannabis.** No experience with yoga or cannabis is needed. This class is beginner-friendly, non-competitive, and open to all bodies and experience levels. You’re invited to move in whatever way feels good for you, flowing through every pose or simply resting on your mat and soaking it all in. You will play 4s with beach rules but you’ll be playing against Low Int 5s or Mid 4s This event is for those currently playing Low Int 5s and want to transition to Mid Int 4s level and transitioning to playing with beach rules.
