Many of the challenges we face in our work lives don’t actually begin at work. They emerge from unseen loyalties, inherited patterns, lingering anxieties, and unfinished movements in our personal and family histories. When these forces remain out of view, they quietly shape our choices—and limit how fully we can bring our gifts into the world. Through Systemic and Family Constellation processes, this workshop offers a grounded, experiential space to explore the deeper dynamics influencing your professional journey. It tells the story of a couple's divorce, its effect on their young son, and the subsequent evolution of their relationship and views on parenting.
