Are you a parent living in the Leuven area wanting to connect with other parents? This event is made for you! Join us in a cozy, welcoming space where little ones (up to 3 years old) can explore new toys, play freely, and connect with new friends while parents and caregivers enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s a lovely opportunity for children to learn through play and for adults to meet others in the community. **What to bring:** Just your baby or toddler’s essentials! The Mechels Broek is a peaceful wetland nature reserve just outside Mechelen, known for its marshy meadows, reed fields, and abundant birdlife. Trails lead you past water ponds, knot willows, and grazing Galloway cattle, with several birdwatching points including an observation tower. Expect a mix of muddy paths, wooden boardwalks, and wide views over the Dijlevallei. Perfect for a relaxed, nature‑focused walk with plenty of chances to spot ducks, geese, herons, and even storks.
