Leipzig Gophers #59 - Sandboxing Agents with yoloAI
Leipzig Gophers #59 - Sandboxing Agents with yoloAI
## Sandboxed Agents with yoloAI Hello, 世界! For meetup #59 on Tuesday [Apr 28, 2026 19:00 CET](https://www.meetup.com/leipzig-golang/events/312537718/) we are thrilled to welcome back [Karl Stenerud](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kstenerud/), who will be presenting (remote) one of his recent projects: [yoloAI](https://yoloai.dev/): > Run AI coding agents freely in a disposable sandbox. Review exactly what changed. Apply what you want. Some people are aware of the security nightmares that probabilisic language models with full system access may have, but you also need to act on it. > Permission fatigue is a real problem. Sandbox escape is a real problem. yoloAI solves it. The project is written in Go and open source at [kstenerud/yoloai](https://github.com/kstenerud/yoloai), works with various sandbox backends like docker, podman, tart, seabelt - and security modes, using [runc](https://github.com/opencontainers/runc), [gvisor](https://gvisor.dev/), [kata](https://katacontainers.io/), [firecracker](https://firecracker-microvm.github.io/). After looking at a agent memory upgrade system in [#58](https://golangleipzig.space/posts/meetup-58-wrapup/), we continue our exploration of [agentic coding](https://missing.csail.mit.edu/2026/agentic-coding/) and ai assisted software development, which is a rapidly developing field. ### Schedule * 18:45 Doors open * 19:00 Welcome * 19:10 yoloAI (remote presentation) * 20:00 Open discussion We’ll meet: * in person at [Basislager Leipzig](https://basislager.co), at [Peterssteinweg 14, 04107 Leipzig](https://maps.app.goo.gl/1fMkeDSPZ7Aauszh8) ([OSM](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3504864558)) * and online via [Google Meet](https://meet.google.com/tgb-juwg-khy) Join us to discuss security, agents, isolation techniques and more.

We are delighted to invite you to our hybrid (virtual and onsite RSVP available) April gathering at [Ojin AixHaus in Mitte](https://ojin.ai/community). But in the real world, we rarely start with a blank slate. What if we have battle-tested Cloud Run applications already using Gemini that we need to evolve? How can we get the benefits of the Agentic world without a full rewrite? This session focuses on moving from manual controllers and service orchestration to Multi-Agent systems with Google’s ADK. We will explore the practical "why" and "how" of this architectural shift, along with the real-world caveats and pitfalls.* * 9:00 pm: 🍕🍻 Rooftop Drinks & Networking (with a view!) * 10:00 pm: Doors close **🙏 Thanks & Credits** A massive thank you to **[Ojin AixHaus Community ](https://ojin.ai/community)**crew for letting us in their brilliant space! **Follow Ojin AixHaus on socials: [Instagram ](https://www.instagram.com/ojin.ai/#)[Lin](https://ojin.ai/community)[kedin ](https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/ojin-aixhaus/)[X](https://x.com/Ojin_AI)** We’d love to see you there! ***

* **Praxis-Check:** Was funktioniert im Alltag wirklich und was stößt an klare Grenzen?
