Join a **beginner-friendly Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) class** focused on health, movement, and steady learning. No prior martial arts experience is required. These are **FREE weekly meetups** covering the fundamentals of **Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan**, including basic alignment, breath and intent coordination, and introductory work on **24 & 48 Fist Forms**, **48 Sword Form**, **push-hands**, and **qigong**.
