Can I get a refund? * No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you inform us early enough, we can try to find a substitute and issue a refund, but no guarantees. 4. Why can’t I get a refund? * We need a fixed number of participants to maximize court usage, court fees, team arrangements, and team rotations. Cancellations throw all of this off. 5. Do I need to bring anything? Water? Racquets? Birdies? * If you have your own racquet, that will be best! Otherwise, we have spare ones, and we provide the shuttlecocks. Bring enough water to hydrate yourself.
