This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest. The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration.

In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways. We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The class is led in English and is open to all levels. .

## **Workshop Schnittkonstruktion nach Maß: Bluse, Rock, Kleid** In diesem praxisnahen Workshop lernst Du Schritt für Schritt, Grundschnitte nach Maß für verschiedene Arten von Kleidern, Blusen und Röcken zu entwerfen und gezielt anpassen zu können. Dabei beschäftigst Du Dich mit unterschiedlichen Silhouetten, vielfältigen Ausschnitt- und Ärmelvarianten sowie variablen Rocklängen. Der Kurs vermittelt Dir nicht nur die Grundlagen, sondern zeigt Dir auch, wie Du Schnitte individuell an verschiedene Körperformen und -größen anpassen kannst. Auf diese Weise erhältst Du ein umfassendes Verständnis für die kreative und technische Seite der Schnittkonstruktion nach Maß. Darüber hinaus wirst Du anhand ausgewählter Beispiele die erstellten Grundschnitte weiterentwickeln und sie zu konkreten Modellschnitten ausarbeiten. Diese überträgst Du anschließend in Nessel, um Deine Entwürfe sichtbar zu machen und die Passform in der Praxis zu überprüfen. Ein zentrales Hilfsmittel im Kurs ist die speziell skalierte Schablone, auf der die komplexe Geometrie der Körpermaße bereits kodifiziert ist. Mit ihrer Unterstützung lassen sich perfekt passende Grundschnitte schnell, präzise und ohne komplizierte Berechnungen erstellen. It's hard to weave across all the shiny new options across the Fabric landscape, let alone figure out where it fits into your organization.
