Costner plays 'Crash' Davis, a former major league catcher, now in the twilight of his career in the minor leagues. When hotshot but erratic young pitcher 'Nuke' LaLoosh (Tim Robbins) joins his team, Crash has to teach him what's what, both in baseball and life. Celebrating 40 years of Master of Puppets we will be hearing this album played in its entirety with the addition of classics from other Metallica records making up a 2 and a half hour show. Assault & Battery are described to be a local supergroup of members that also play in Slayer and Iron Maiden tribute bands indicating that we'll be witnessing some highly dedicated musicians bringing the records to life.
