Everyone knows that during a cold or flu, salt can provide quick support. And of course, we all know how to breathe, because we are alive. Learning proper breathing takes time and a little perseverance. Even one breathing therapy session can bring us a lot of understanding, but for more reliable results, a greater number of repetitions is helpful.
