## 🌿 The Herbal Apothecary of Winter–Spring **Awakening with Herbs: Body, Mind & Season** *A 5-week hands-on herbalism course* This five-week course invites you to explore herbalism through the seasonal transition from winter into early spring. It is open to both beginners and those who wish to deepen an existing relationship with herbs. Each week focuses on a specific theme connected to seasonal health. We work with different herbs related to that theme and learn a traditional method for preparing herbal remedies. Through hands-on practice, you will gradually build your own **home apothecary**, taking home remedies to support body and mind through this time of change. We approach health holistically and work with high-quality, locally sourced and hand-harvested herbs. Each session includes practical teaching, time to work with the plants, and space for questions and reflection. We will meet at Metro station Malostranska (outside, next to Euro Hotdog), and from there run along the river, through Vysehrad and will end up in Vrsovice, close to tram stop Kubanske Namesti. Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
