A slower paced embodied yoga practice helping you to slow down, take a deeper breath and tune in a little more. Youāll be invited to find your own rhythm of the breath and connect with your inner-self via fluid and mindful movements. Eventually arriving to stillness, letting go of any tension to experience a deep relaxation. The busy thinking mind will slow down, nervous system will calm and your body will relax completely. The session is Wednesday 7.00PM till 9.55PM.
All 4 courts will be available for games.
Players are requested to finish the games by 9.50PM and leave the premises by 9.55PM.
All levels are welcome.
We pride our sessions that everyone plays with everyone to keep it a friendly and fun session. We also understand that there is a need for being competitive and we welcome that also.

2 Day Policy
We shall be adhering to the 2 day rule which consists of confirming your spot by paying for the session 2 days in advance.
If you do not pay before the 2 day deadline you will be moved to the Not Going session and the next person on the waiting list will have 1 day to confirm and pay for the session or they will be moved to the Not Going list and so on.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel on the day please note there wonāt be a refund for the session so try and get someone to cover your RSVP and please message to inform us so we are aware.
Important information:
Notes to be aware of that when warming up please don't use the game shuttle and please return the old shuttle for the new shuttle.
Parking is available for free onsite
There is a water fountain so please bring a bottle to fill up.

This is a smallish-group, quiet-ish meetup for ADHD brains who want to connect with their tribe without their nervous system going, 'Aiiight, I'm outta here!'
Everyone welcome. You don't need a diagnosis, you don't even need ADHD.
Weāre meeting at **Picturehouse Central - upstairs cafe** (Piccadilly) because itās one of those places where you can actually hear yourself think. Mostly. This is more of a tea/coffee and cake kinda venue. Sorry, booze hounds!
**The environment is**: relaxed, validating, welcoming
It won't be like whispering to each other at the back of the class, more less sensory Armageddon.
**What to expect**
A small group (human-scale, not āwho are all these peopleā scale).
A quiet-ish venue where you donāt have to shout your personality into existence.
Conversation that can be normal (well, probably far from normal š
. There is no need to worry about trying to fit in, no need to mask.
A soft landing. Come late, ease in, do a gentle hello, no oneās timing you.
Low-pressure hanging out. If you want to chat, great. If you want to sit and decompress near other people, also great.

Puppy Yoga:
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled.
For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. One adult per two children tickets purchased.

Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation donāt just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
