HerSpace @ Commonroom – Presence, Connection & Growth
Join us for a nurturing and empowering in-person afternoon at **commonroom** for a form of networking going deeper.
A local expression of our global **[Women Lead Community](https://women-lead-community.mn.co/),** each month we create a space for women to slow down, connect with themselves and others, and explore a new form of leadership grounded in **presence, purpose, and mutual support**. After a joint arrival, we take the time to reflect on our needs as well as what we each have to offer to the world. We have the opportunity to practice pitching our offers and needs in a safe space and connecting with other inspiring women who are eager to support each others growth.
Just come as you are – curious, present, and open. No need to prepare anything. Bring a friend or meet new ones. Have something to write with you for the reflection and bring business cards and flyers of your offers, if you have any.
The sessions are held in **English**. They are open to women of all backgrounds who are curious about co-creating a more conscious, caring, and connected world.

* **Clarify your goals**: write down your measurable tasks for the day on a Post-it when you arrive, or join us for the 30' intro session where we introduce ourselves and share our goals for the day
* **Enough spaces**: main table is for quiet focus, multiple nearby tables for casual conversation, and sofa's in the back for taking video calls(be mindful that the hotel music is always on in the background). * **Quiet companionship**: no pressure to talk during focus time — just shared presence and support
💡 **New to Pomodoro?** Don’t worry — we’ll guide you gently. No apps or timers needed.

February George’s Bookclub for Entrepreneurs: Think and Grow Rich by N. Hill
Hi! After the first introductory event, I am looking forward to start reading "**Think and Grow Rich"** by Napoleon Hill, one of the most famous books about money. And also one of the most misunderstood.
Most people read it. Nod. Feel inspired. Then go back to the same life. Not because the book is weak — but because they read it alone. At our meetup, we do the opposite. We question the ideas. Challenge the assumptions. Test what actually works in real life.
If you’re tired of being *“inspired in private”* and unchanged in reality,
this conversation is for you.
**Meeting agenda:**
* **Goals are cheap.**
Only the ones that restructure your calendar deserve to be taken seriously.
* **Napoleon Hill assumes belief precedes action.**
What if belief is mostly a side effect of doing uncomfortable things first?
* **Opportunity is abundant.**
Indecision is socially acceptable cowardice. Agree or disagree?
You can find a good summary of the book here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEvK7OPSYZo
Social Media Creators & Influencers Meetup Vienna #8
Hi there, fellow social media creators, influencers, brands and all people interested in Vienna. Welcome to our meetup!
We at Social Rising organize regular events for you to connect, learn and grow, not only here but all over the world! We invite you to meet and engage in conversations with like-minded people both locally and in our worldwide community!
**First things first!:**
* The best way to stay informed about our events is to join our newsletter at socialrising.com/join.
* If you're a creator with a significant audience, you will benefit the most from this newsletter at socialrising.com/join. You will be invited to public and exclusive events, and we will reach out to you with partner and job opportunities.
* If you want to help us creating our events: We're looking for 1-2 volunteers per event! Let us know if you're interested through this form: https://socialrising.com/volunteer - we'll then reach out if we need you.
**Lightning Talk**
This time, we will be joined by Sara Lombardo, the creator behind [@mypeachnotes](https://www.instagram.com/mypeachnotes/), who believes that virality is overrated and creators don’t need it to be successful. Sara managed to build an audience of 300K+ across different platforms (Instagram: 112K, TikTok: 108K, YouTube: 94K) by focusing on content that goes beyond trends and resonates with people.
**What do participants & speakers think?**
"Matteo's meetups are incredible. Every time I come, I meet people who genuinely change my life. He somehow manages to get everyone involved, and the overall vibe is so nice. Can't wait for the next one!" - Dom (tech_wizzdom)

"What a fantastic group of people! If you are looking to connect with top-shelf digital communicators, Social Rising's meetups are perfect for that."- Oliver Aust - Founder, Investor, Bestselling Author, Podcast Host.
"Matteo put on a killer event. Normally events are full of trivial, uncomfortable conversations, but I love Social Rising events, cool people and discussion points, and great locations", Digital Nomad Lifestyle.
**Our story**
In 2019 we started organizing meetups for creators & influencer in Berlin, and we became big fans of the people we brought together and the topics that were discussed. So we expanded to London early 2020, and as the pandemic started, we became a home for creators worldwide.
Now, in 2023, we do our events in multiple cities and countries and are expanding to more and more countries. Wherever we are, influencers & creators connect, learn, and grow. Sometimes creators join us and share insights in lightning talks, and each time we all go home with new, interesting connections!
**Virtual events**
We have regular virtual meetups. Join your local [meetup](https://socialrising.com/meetup-groups) group or follow our [Eventbrite](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/social-rising-virtual-34048034485) organizer dedicated to virtual events.
**What is this meetup for?**
* Get to know new people in the social media space
* Share experiences with like-minded people
* Listen to inspiring lightning talks
* Brainstorm and share ideas with fellow creators
* Motivating each other
* Finding opportunities to work together
* Discuss how to approach and reach chosen target groups
* Sometimes we have a product/brand presenting how they can support you
* ... and of course: have a good time and grab a drink together!
**Your host**
Matteo Savio, CEO of [Social Rising](https://socialrising.com/) & [Digital Ideas](https://digitalideas.io/), hosts the event. As a digital marketer, he is consulting in B2B marketing & sales, and started Social Rising in 2019 as became fascinated by the topics and amazing people that showed up. He's enthusiastic ever since! Feminine Business Power – Erfolgreich wachsen ohne Burnout

Astrology for the Heart (Valentine's Day special edition)
**Written in the Stars: A Valentine’s 2026 Unique Connection**
2026 is off to an electric start! With the stars realigning in ways we haven’t seen in decades, there’s a massive "cosmic pulse" calling us to rethink how we perceive and express love, how we relate, how we open our hearts. Whether you're celebrating a partnership or honoring your own journey, this Valentine's edition is designed to help you navigate the language of the heart.
Why Astrology for the Heart?
Astrology is more than just "Who am I compatible with?" It’s a symbolic map 🌌 that reveals our deepest needs for intimacy, security, and joy. By understanding your birth chart, you’re not just looking at a map of the sky—you’re looking at a map of your own capacity to love and be loved. 💫
What Makes This Special:
Forget the clichés. This isn't a speed-dating night or a lecture on why you should avoid Aries. Instead, expect a **fun, soul-centered guided experience** that blends astrological insight with creative journaling ✍️ and heart-opening meditation 🧘.
You’ll have the chance to:
* **Decode your "Love Language"** through your Venus and Moon placements.
* **Explore 2026’s rare alignments** and what they mean for your relationships.
The flow of the evening:
Every session is a journey, and for this special Valentine’s edition, we’re focusing on the **Magic of Affinity**.
* 🌙 **The Gathering:** We’ll open with a warm introduction, setting our intentions for the heart-space we’re creating together.
* ⭐ **The Exploration:** Guided exercises in small groups to help you "read" the romantic and social potential in your own chart.
* 💬 **The Reflection:** We’ll wrap up with an open discussion on the 2026 shifts and a Q&A to demystify any burning astrological questions.
Who should attend:
Whether you’re a complete beginner 🌱 or a seasoned stargazer, you are welcome here. This is a space for everyone—singles, couples, and "it’s complicateds" alike.
PS: A contribution of €10 per person will be collected to cover the organization, energy and cookies. Additional donations are most welcome.
> **Pro-Tip:** Please have your birth chart ready! If you don't have one, I recommend generating a free one at **astro.com** before we begin.
Shut Up & Write!® - Sundays at Café Pierre
Come write with us at Cafe Pierre every Sunday at 18:00-20:00!
A message from Shut Up & Write: "Shut Up & Write hosts free, in-person and online writing events for writers all over the world. Our goal is to ensure that every writer—regardless of genre or skill level—has access to the resources, community, and accountability that they need to be successful in their personal writing goals."
And what this looks like at our event: We chat and give short introductions to what we are working on at 18:00, then start writing at 18:15. Though we try to start on dot, being late isn't a problem—just find a spot and get to work! We write until 20:00 and then discuss how our writing went. From fiction to non-fiction, academic papers to poetry, applications to work-related writing—anything goes! Nothing is needed except for you to bring whatever is need to get stuff done, i.e. laptop, headphones, pen and paper, and so on.
Optional socialising may happen before 18:00 and after 20:00, or you may choose to use this time to get some more done! Please do order something from the café (drink, meal, dessert, etc.) so as to keep us in their good graces!

Humanist Community Celebrating Darwin Day
Dale Gnidovec, Curator of the Orton Hall Museum of Geology at The Ohio State University, will be presenting a program he has wanted to share with us for a long time: Plate Tectonics. His description of his program:
Continents on the move - Nothing in Earth history makes sense without moving continents - it tells us why mountains, volcanoes, minerals, and fossils are where they are. This talk examines the evidence for continental drift, why it was disbelieved, and explains how the more-encompassing theory of plate tectonics was developed and eventually proven. Dale is an energetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and very entertaining speaker and this will be another wonderful program by Dale. Hope to see you there!
Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk.

Shut Up & Write! Kingsdale Shopping Center
Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington.
The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo.
Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine.
We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you.
The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.
Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome.
The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit.
Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
Feel free to message me privately wth any questions and/ or concerns you may have.
Happy writing!
