Cette exposition propose de revisiter l’oeuvre de Martin Parr à travers différentes séries réalisées depuis la fin des années 1970 jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Pendant cinquante ans, sans militantisme mais avec constance, aux quatre coins du globe, Martin Parr a dressé un portrait saisissant des déséquilibres de la planète et des dérives de nos modes de vie. En quelque 180 oeuvres traversant plus de cinquante ans de production, de ses débuts en noir et blanc à des oeuvres récentes, l’exposition aborde, en 5 sections, nos turpitudes contemporaines, à travers des thèmes, des motifs, des obsessions récurrentes. --- Je vous donne rendez-vous dès 13h45 devant l'entrée du Jeu de Paume. Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a male model. Please bring whatever art materials you're comfortable with. Each session begins with warm-up short poses of two minutes, which are then followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. The subjects are professional nude models, working for the Académie de la Grande Chaumière as well other Parisian art schools and ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects. Hi Badminton Fans! Come and join us every Sunday for a fun session of badminton. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! We will try our utmost to ensure that you play with people of similar levels. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes, and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun. There are changing rooms and showers. **Get There Early** Try and get there early to change and get warmed up so that we can start right on time.
