Körperliche Wirkung: Breathwork kann Dir dabei helfen kann, Stress, innere Anspannung/Verspannungen abzubauen, Schmerzen zu lindern und die Körperwahrnehmung zu verbessern, mehr Energie und Lebendigkeit zu spĂŒren, tiefer zu schlafen und den eigenen Körper mehr zu lieben. Emotionale Wirkung: Die tiefe, verbundene Atmung kann Dir wieder Zugang geben zu unterdrĂŒckten Emotionen (z.B. Wut, Angst, Trauer), welche Dich bis anhin blockiert haben. Du lernst, sie wieder zuzulassen, die Angst vor ihnen zu verlieren und den inneren Druck abzubauen.
